1. Who we are

Linki is an AI-powered internal linking tool operated by Atom Digital Ltd, a company registered in Scotland. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@getlinki.app.

2. What data we collect

Account data

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and display name from Google OAuth.

Usage data

We collect URLs you submit for analysis, search data, and link suggestions generated for your account. This data is stored to power features like saved searches.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of successful transactions and your subscription status.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager and Sentry for error tracking. These services may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data to help us improve the product.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the Linki service, send transactional emails (e.g. password resets), process payments, and monitor for errors and abuse.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to improve and secure the service), and your consent where applicable (e.g. marketing emails).

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getlinki.app.

7. Third-party services

We share data with the following processors: Neon (database hosting), Railway (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth and analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site.
