By using Linki you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Atom Digital Ltd.

2. Description of service

Linki is a web-based tool that crawls websites you provide, analyses internal linking structure, and generates AI-powered suggestions for improving internal links. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@getlinki.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You may only use Linki to analyse websites you own or have explicit permission to analyse. You must not use the service to scrape or harvest data from third-party websites without their consent, to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Intellectual property

Linki and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Atom Digital Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you submit (URLs, domain names, etc.). By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atom Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Linki. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Linki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
